As we all know the cost of moving is very expensive, time consuming and disruptive especially for the children with schools and friends etc. With a little bit of vision and creativity then you can definitely transform your home into something very special. Alan Rampling Builders have over 40 years in refurb and renovation projects.

Please remember before you embark on any refurb or renovation then it is critical that you plan for this. There are four main things that you may well need in place before your work starts. Many of our clients have not budgeted for this so it is very important that you speak with the relevant professionals before work commences.*

1) Local Planning Department - If you feel you are changing things asthetically?

2) Building Control - If you think structural walls and openings are being removed etc?

3) Structural Engineers calculations - If steel work needs to be installed to make your structure safe?

4) Architects drawings or plans - If you anticipate major refurb or renovation and remodelling of your property?
